Highlights & Route
This yatra takes you from Delhi to all four Himalayan dhams of Uttarakhand – Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath – and back, entirely by road. It runs over 12 days and 11 nights, which gives enough time at each shrine without rushing, and keeps the long mountain drives in daylight.
The route follows the traditional order, west to east: first Yamunotri, the source of the Yamuna, then Gangotri on the Bhagirathi, then Kedarnath, and finally Badrinath. Two of the four shrines need walking. Yamunotri is about 6 km on foot from Janki Chatti, and Kedarnath is about 16 km from Gaurikund. Ponies, palkis and dolis are available on both paths for those who cannot walk, and Kedarnath can also be reached by helicopter if tickets are booked in advance.
The package is planned with families and senior yatris in mind. Nights are spent in hotels close to each dham so that darshan days start early, and two-night stays at Barkot, Uttarkashi and the Badrinath side reduce the number of times you pack and unpack. Our team handles your Char Dham registration, hotel bookings, meals and the vehicle, so you can keep your attention on darshan.
We are based in Dehradun and run these routes every season. Final pickup details, hotel names and departure dates for 2027 will be shared once the temple opening dates are officially announced.

Good to know before you book
- Registration on the Uttarakhand government portal (registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in) is compulsory for every yatri. It is free, and we complete it for you with your ID details.
- All four shrines are at high altitude, between roughly 3,100 m (Gangotri) and 3,580 m (Kedarnath). Please consult your doctor before booking if you have heart, lung or blood-pressure conditions.
- Kedarnath helicopter tickets are sold only on the IRCTC HeliYatra website and need your yatra registration number first. They are not part of this package price.
- Vehicles are not allowed on the hill roads at night, and landslides can close roads for hours. Keep one or two spare days in your plans if you can.
- 2027 opening dates for the four temples are not yet announced. We will publish departure dates as soon as they are declared.
